Staff & Expertise

Mike started as a Saturday boy and worked full-time from 1982, after leaving school. In 1992 he became a 50% partner with his father who started the business in 1974 and then took over in 2008 with his wife Amanda when his father retired. Mike still loves diagnostic work and holds the IMI Level 4 qualification to work on electric cars.

Alan started at Car Care Tetbury in 1986, cycling some 10 miles each way to work until he passed his driving test! In 2008 he became Workshop Manager, and then in 2017 became Service Manager.

Now in his second spell with Car Care Tetbury, Andy runs the workshop as well as being our Head Technician and diagnostic guru – there’s nothing he can’t fix!

James started as an apprentice in 2007.  As a long-standing member of Car Care Tetbury staff, he is fully qualified to work on hybrid and electric vehicles and is an MOT tester and our Senior Technician.

Ashley started with Car Care Tetbury in 2020.  He is a fully qualified technician, working on all kinds of cars, including hybrid and electric vehicles, and is an MOT tester.

Joe started with Car Care Tetbury in 2017 as an apprentice. He is a fully qualified technician and now an MOT tester. He has his sights set on becoming qualified to work on hybrid and electric cars next year.

Marrick joined Car Care Tetbury in 2022 and settled into the team straight away. He intends to become an MOT tester in the near future.

Jack is with Car Care Tetbury as an Apprentice Technician from Gloucester College and has become a valued member of the team.

Shaun joined us this year and as already got to know the customers at car care Tetbury, being the first point of contact for bookings.

Shaun as worked at Citroen and Landover before a time as a RAC patrol man ,a new role for him which he is excelling at !
